WELL WEEK

Nov. 10–14, 2025

MONDAY 10th — Self-Management

Theme: Being in control of your mind and body so that you can think before you act.

Why not start the week with MINDFULNESS? Sign up for an in-person session at the Unity Fountain 8:35–8:50 am. MS students are invited to join in the hallways on the first and second floors overlooking the Unity Courtyard. Rain space is the FAC atrium.

Inspired to bring more mindfulness to your class(es)? Can’t make it to the Unity Fountain? Consider coordinating a short mindfulness moment in your advisory or classroom.

TUESDAY 11th — Healthy Habits

Theme: Choices that help you and others have a healthy body, mind, and good feelings.

Today we will be moving our bodies — and what better way than to get outside and walk in a WALKATHON for students and faculty.

Sign up here!

WEDNESDAY 12th — Positive Relationships

Theme: When we have positive relationships we are kind, we share, make new friends, and respect everyone. We are happy with ourselves and others.

On Wednesday (and through the remainder of the week), MS students will express their gratitude to their community members by sharing at the photo & video booth in the courtyard, and…

(Continue with any additional Wednesday activities you want to add.)

THURSDAY 13th — Self Awareness

Theme: Knowing your feelings, your likes and dislikes, and what you are good at. When we understand our identity, our feelings and our thinking, we are self-aware.

In Advisory, students will have the opportunity to engage in activities that explore self awareness for maintaining healthy habits and wellbeing.

FRIDAY 14th — Commit to all four areas

Focus: Self-Awareness, Positive Relationships, Healthy Habits and Self-Management.

Today all day, we invite you to add a gratitude message to our photo & video booth in the Courtyard. You can also make a commitment to your Wellbeing on the Chalkboard.

If it’s raining during break, please remember:

  • The fields are closed – they’re too muddy and slippery.
  • You can go to the gym or other covered areas to stay dry.
  • Follow directions from the teachers on duty and keep the space safe for everyone.

Thanks for helping make rainy days fun and safe!

We are excited to invite you to join the MS Homework Club, a space where you can interact with high school students while working on your own schoolwork. This is not just about completing assignments; it’s an opportunity to build strong study habits, ask questions, and clarify concepts you find challenging. Our high school mentors are here to guide you, share tips, and support your learning in a friendly, encouraging environment. Together, we can make this school year more manageable, productive, and enjoyable.

The club meets every Friday after school in Ms. Ahuja’s room, and we welcome all students who want to take their learning to the next level. Whether you need help with a tough math problem, want guidance on a science project, or just need a quiet place to focus, this is the place for you. We hope to see you there, ready to learn, collaborate, and grow together. Please find the link to sign up. We can’t wait to work with you and help make this year a success!
