Thank you to those who have already signed up for the MS Winter Social. If you haven’t done so yet, it is not too late. Please use this form to sign up. Please note that should our campus be closed on Friday, we will reschedule the social for another time!

Boys and Girls Locker Room Reminders

Below is some information regarding our boys and girls lockers rooms. A reminder that you should only leave belongings in the locker room during PE or sports practices. Items should not be left there overnight and will be removed. Locker rooms should also be safe spaces for everyone. If you see or hear anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, please speak to an adult.

Dear Middle School Students & Staff, 

It is with immense joy that musicians and singers of the Bands & Choirs invite the Community to our Winter Concert on Thursday, December 11th between 02:30 & 03:30PM at our FAC Theatre. Your support and encouragement means a lot to us and we’re sure you’re going to enjoy the afternoon as much as we enjoy performing. Come see us!

Do you love drawing, painting, photography, or creating digital art?

We are inviting interested students to sign up to participate in the ASIAC Art Festival, happening at AISC from February 19–21, 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity to express your creativity, represent our school, and celebrate art with students from AES and ASB.

If you’re passionate about art and ready for a new challenge, please sign up before Friday, December 5th.

 Bathroom Reminder

Students must use student bathrooms only. Please don’t use the adult bathrooms 
 Adult bathrooms are for teachers and staff only.

Thank you for respecting the community rules and helping keep our school safe and comfortable for everyone.

Technology Use

A quick reminder about technology use:

• iPads should not be used in the hallways before or between classes — please keep them in your bags until you’re in the classroom.
• iPads are the only approved school device — laptops should stay at home unless a teacher has made a specific exception.

HS Band and Choir Concert

Our HS Musicians are very excited to announce our HS Winter Concert featuring our HS Symphonic Band and HS Choir on Thursday, Dec 4th at 5pm in the FAC Theater. They will be performing a wide variety of music from classical to pop to movie soundtracks.  Please come and show your support for our HS Musicians.

Rainy Day Plan

If it’s raining during break, please remember:

• The fields are closed – they’re too muddy and slippery.
• You can go to the gym or other covered areas to stay dry.
• Follow directions from the teachers on duty and keep the space safe for everyone.

Wellbeing reminder – Please always go for water and avoid soda or energy drinks

Morning before 8:30am: Students are allowed to play only in Gym ½ (no turf field or field)

MS Lunch Time Recess Location

On Wednesdays play from 11:10 to 11:35 and eat from 11:35 – 11:55.

• Closed-toed shoes with closed backs to play on the field – No Crocs or slides (P.E. rules apply)

• Lunch
  • First half – everyone eats in the cafeteria/iHub together
  • Second half – students can stay in cafeteria or go play on field, in Rec gym, or go to the library
  • No cell phones or iPads during break or lunch
  • School work on iPads in library is permitted
