Are you looking to be creative, connect with friends who you normally might not interact with, and have fun? Well, we have just the thing for you! From September 12th to September 16th, AISC will have its annual school-wide Spirit Week! We encourage all students to dress up in the daily themes clarified below with a few examples:
- Monday (September 12th): Wear pajamas to school and/or bring your favorite stuffed animal
- Tuesday (September 13th): Wear some formal clothes and/or maybe get your sunglasses on
- Wednesday (September 14th): Wear mismatched socks, cool hat, or do something crazy with your hair
- Thursday (September 15th): Bring ALL of your school supplies as usual in anything but a backpack like suitcase and duffle bag
- Friday (September 16th): Wear clothes that represents your home country
There will be a school photographer to take photos of you every day during Spirit Week at the main entrance before school and in front of the cafeteria during lunch. One Student Council member will be with the photographer and you will receive a point for your house only if that member checks off your name.
Looking forward to seeing everyone dressed up!

Archery
Hello, my name is Jade and I’m in grade 12. As part of the IB diploma we need to have a CAS project. Mine is about teaching archery. I practiced it from grade 7 to grade 10 in France. When I came to India I found a club but it didn’t fit with what I liked so I tried to shoot in AISC but doing it alone is not really fun… But here is a new opportunity for me to share my passion ! My goal is for you to finish this semester or year knowing how to shoot well. So, if you are interested in learning a new sport it will happen on Saturday morning from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. We will start on Saturday, the 20th. Show your interest by completing this form. Thank you !”
