You’ll get the chance to make your very own stress ball, a simple, creative, and super satisfying way to squeeze away stress. Whether you want something colorful, squishy, or totally unique, this is your time to get creative and have fun with friends.

Join Us for the AISC Fun Run & Fundraiser!
Hello everyone!
We’re excited to announce our upcoming CareerX student-led fundraiser and awareness event in support of the TANKER Foundation—an organization that provides dialysis treatment and medical care for patients from underserved communities while promoting kidney health education.Our Fun Run this Friday will kick off the campaign, followed by donation boxes placed around campus for the next four weeks (by December 11th). We encourage everyone to participate and support this meaningful cause!

Fun Run 2025 Details:
📅 When: Friday, November 14. 3:45 – 5:00 p.m.
📍 Where: Raptor Turf
👟 Who: Students, staff, and families
🏃♀️ Format: Non-competitive community run/walk
💰 Donation: Starts at ₹100 for students (all proceeds to TANKER Foundation)
👕 T-Shirt: Included for all registered participants

Invitation to the Artist Camp – High School Art Department

The High School Visual Arts Department invites you to visit the Artist Camp taking place at the High School Art Room, FAC, from November 10th to 21st.
This exciting two-week program features three traditional artists from Tamil Nadu —
Mr Anand (Tanjore Painting), Mr Manikandan (Wood Carving), and Mr Deivaraj (Metal Casting) — along with Ms Aamena Millwala, a Stained Glass Artist participating through our Visiting Artist Program.
Come by to see the artists at work, interact with them, and experience a celebration of traditional craftsmanship and creative collaboration in action!

End of Semester Exams and WinterFest
Please use this link to view the Semester 1 semester exam schedule.
The last day of regular classes is Monday, December 8 with alternative exams December 9-12. Semester exams will be from December 15-19. Please note that attendance for these exams during this exam week is mandatory.
We will finish the semester with a new event, Winter Fest, on Friday, December 19. More details on this event will be shared soon. Students will be expected to attend Winter Fest and be on campus from 12:00-3:30 on December 19.
AP Exam Self-study registration
If you would like to self-study and sit for an AP Exam in May 2026, please send Ms. Lisa Levi (llisa@aischennai.org) and Ms. Sunita (ssunita@aischennai.org) an email noting the AP subject you would like to self-study.
All Self-study candidates must submit a self-study waiver form.
If you wish to sit for more than 3 self-study exams, please schedule a meeting with Ms. Lisa and your counselor.
In addition, please note the following:
- The cost per subject is USD 129.
- The deadline for registration without a late fee is November 14, 2025
- After November 15, you can cancel your registration, but a $40 late fee will apply
- The final late deadline is March 15th, 2026
Please also note that self-study students do not get access to AP Classroom, but will get access to the full subject guide and unit guide through the College Board online.
You can cancel your registration for a refund until March 15, 2026 (you will not receive a refund of the $40 late fee, however). You will sit for the AP exam at AISC in May 2026. You will receive examination information in April. If you have a question, please email Ms Lisa (llisa@aischennai.org)

Ti-Nspire Calculator Purchase
Students who would like to purchase a Ti-Nspire graphing calculator may please contact Ms Sunita (ssunita@aischennai.org). Payment of Rs 16000/- needs to be made via bank transfer to the AISC account. Payment details will be shared with you on request.
