Model United Nations (MUN) Impact Club – holiday craft sale
The High School Model United Nations (MUN) Impact Club is organizing a handmade holiday craft sale to raise funds for providing sanitary products to girls in the Roma colonies. These communities face significant challenges, as Roma people in Chennai are often excluded from attending government schools and are denied access to ration cards. Menstrual hygiene remains a critical issue for young women in these colonies.

AISC Gives – Holiday Giving Boxes !

The Community Relations Team invites all AISC families to participate in preparing a holiday gift box to be given to a child from either the Seva Samajam Children’s Home or the Hope Foundation School.
To encourage participation, we will be sending a shoebox-sized, reusable container home today with the youngest child in each family. One box will be given to each AISC family. We are asking each family to fill and gift-wrap their box and return it to collection tables that will be well-marked inside the Main Entrance and the ES Entrance. This will ensure there is plenty of time for them to be distributed.
What: Gifting smiles to a child in need
How: Fill up your box with items from the checklist provided in the box. Make sure to fill up the box and gift-wrap it!
When: By Monday, December 9, return your gift-wrapped box to the designated spot near the Main Entrance.
Watch this video featuring some ES students packing a box.
