Dear AISC Community,
One of the responsibilities of the AISC Board of Directors is to appoint the Head of School. Dr. Greg Clinton was appointed by the AISC Board as Interim Head of School through the end of the 2026–2027 school year. In line with this timeline, the AISC Board of Directors has begun the search for a new Head of School to assume leadership starting in the 2027–2028 school year.
To guide this process, a Search Committee has been formed. I am honored to serve as Chair, supported by:
- Mr. Ravishankar Pillai – Board Chairperson
- Ms. Catherine Veneziano – Elected Member
- Mr. Michael Roberson – Appointed Advisor
On behalf of the Committee, I am pleased to share that we have engaged RG175, a highly respected school leadership search firm, to lead this effort. RG175 is known for creating tailored leadership profiles and conducting global searches to identify candidates who best align with a school’s mission and values. We are confident their expertise will ensure a thoughtful and successful process.
The search is expected to conclude in Spring 2026, with regular updates provided to the community. A formal announcement will follow once the new Head of School is appointed.
As the first step, RG175 will develop a customized candidate profile for AISC. In December 2025, our consultant will be onsite in Chennai to meet with representatives from all stakeholder groups—Board, school leadership, faculty, staff, students, and parents.
