We are writing to share updates on the upcoming Board elections and the February Information Session meeting.
Board Election Committee
The Board has established an Election Committee to oversee the upcoming Spring Board elections in accordance with our By-Laws. The members are:
- Lakshmi Kasirajan (Election Committee Chair, Council of Advisor member on the Board Governance Committee);
- Clara Cho (Appointed Board Member)
- Gwen Llewellyn (Board Secretary and Board US Government Representative);
- Klaudia Loretti Korolec (Council of Advisor member on the Board Futures Committee);
- Vel Dhinagaravel (Elected Board Member)
On Monday, February 10, Association members will receive a direct email from the Board Election Committee regarding the election process. This email will include a call for candidates for the upcoming two-year term (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2027) and details on the application and election timeline.
February Board Information Session Meeting
AISC Association members are invited to attend the February Board of Directors Information Session on Wednesday, February 12, at 5:45 p.m. in the BBT. All Board meetings are hybrid, allowing both in-person and virtual attendance.
